Hostile Intentions is a recball team, it may seem silly to have to say it, but we are all about having fun. It’s our number one cause, goal and thing we value most: going out and enjoying ourselves playing paintball. It’s why all of us started playing and why all of us continue to play and love paintball. It is our promise to ourselves never to forget that.
The great thing about being a member of Hostile Intentions as a team is that it helps us to have more fun in three ways:
Firstly in our spirit of friendship and camaraderie.
Secondly in our sportsmanship and being easy going. If there is one thing the Hostiles will be known for amongst other players is what great sportsmanship we have and what easy going and friendly guys we are.
Thirdly it is one of our major goals to help each other out, to play and practice together so that as individuals we get better but most importantly as a team we get better. It is a satisfying feeling to be improving your game. You simply have more fun when you are playing well, and better still playing well in a team.
Whilst these values come naturally to us we appreciate all teams need organization and a little direction. Hostile Intentions has a democratic leadership structure off the field, with major decisions and the election of leaders being put to the vote. On the field we understand the importance of being a team player, working together and following our team leaders.
The secondary goals of the hostiles is to use our size and organization to:
- Achieve discounts for paint, supplies and walk-on fees so our team members can play more often.
- To be in uniform, be organized and have team presence at scenario events.
Jason Smith (Co-Captain)
These values were formulated through your votes of what you, the Hostiles, considered to be most important values and goals to have as a team.
Hostile Intentions members pride themselves upon their diversity. Not only does our team consist of British, American, Philipino, and Eastern European members, we even let an Australian join once. STREWTH!!
